Warranty Information



IFIT Health & Fitness Inc. (IFIT) warrants their products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service conditions, for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase.

Note: Warranty extensions may apply to this product subject to registering with your local customer service centre within 28 days of purchase.
To register this product and qualify for any extra warranty extensions that may apply please register on line at https://ifitsupport.eu/ or alternatively complete the warranty registration card included in the box and send it with your proof of purchase to the address given on the back cover of the warranty booklet.
Full details of warranty extensions and the IFIT manufacturer’s Warranty are available upon request from your local customer services centre or online at https://ifitsupport.eu/ .

Warranty Upgrades


Warranty upgrades are available on certain ProForm products subject to registering your warranty within 28 days of purchase by either completing and returning the warranty card (included in the box) or by registering your details here.
Upon successful registration the following upgrades apply:

-Treadmills - 2 Year parts and labour, 5 year drive motor (parts only), Lifetime frame guarantee

-Ellipticals, Bikes & Strength - 2 Years parts, labour and frame guarantee.

The warranty is only valid when the equipment is used in a private domestic environment.
The warranty guarantees the product to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service conditions.

Any ProForm products located outside of mainland UK and Ireland will only be covered by a parts supply only warranty.

Warranty Terms


This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable or assignable. The warranty does not cover:

1.Normal wear and tear. The following parts are considered to be consumables and wear and tear of these parts is not covered by this warranty. Walking belts drive belts, brake pads, jumping mats and batteries.

2.Any adaptation or changes to upgrade this product from its normal purpose as described in your user’s manual

3.Damage resulting from:

a)Transportation

b)Abuse, misuse, failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions or precautions as set out in the user’s manual, or improper or abnormal usage

c)Non-home use (including but not limited to commercial, institutional, professional or rental purposes)

d)Repairs not provided by IFIT or their authorised agent.

e)Damage resulting from causes beyond the control of IFIT (including but not limited to accidents, impact, power surge or fluctuation, lightening, storm, water, fire)

f)Improper location including but not limited to, humid, dusty or outdoor environments (including but not limited to cellars, garages and outhouses).

g)Incorrect assembly or Installation.

IFIT is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or costs of removal or installation.

This warranty covers products purchased and used inside the United Kingdom and Ireland; however, not all products are distributed in every country.
This could result in delays of warranty coverage if you bought this product in a different country and it is not supported in your country of residence. It may be necessary to perform repairs at an IFIT authorised repair centre. IFIT reserves the right to extend or increase coverage.

This warranty is in addition to and does not in any way affect your statutory rights under applicable national laws in force, nor your rights arising from the sales / purchase contract.

IFIT has a customer privacy policy. The information provided by you will be used only by IFIT and its affiliates and authorised dealers (and / or acting on behalf of these entities) to provide you with the best possible service.

From time to time we may send you information and details of our products and promotions. Please check the appropriate box on the warranty card if you do not wish to receive this information.

ProForm Care Plan (Temporarily Unavailable)

Your product purchase includes a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty as standard. If you registered your product within 28 days of purchase, then the manufacturer’s Warranty will have been extended free of charge to 24 months.


You may purchase an extension of the coverage offered to commence once the manufacturer’s warranty expires (prices include all applicable taxes). This is available during checkout when purchasing a ProForm product.


Your product will be serviced by Manufacturer certified technicians using genuine ProForm parts.


The following additional coverage options are available against mechanical and electrical breakdowns:

  • - 3 Year Extended Warranty – This option provides warranty cover for an additional three years from the date the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Coverage applies to parts, frame, and in-home labor and excludes cover for Accidental damage and for any purpose other than personal use.
    If registered within 28 days following your purchase: 2 years + 3 years
    If not registered within 28 days following your purchase: 1 year + 3 years
  • - 3 Year Maintenance Service Plan – This option provides warranty cover for an additional three years from the date the manufacturer’s warranty expires with the additional benefit of one maintenance service during the term of the agreement. Coverage applies to parts, frame, and in-home labor and excludes cover for Accidental damage and for any purpose other than personal use.
