My new iFIT coach? Kayla Itsines, delivering explosive workouts!
After conquering the world with her explosive and effective women’s workouts, Kayla Itsines has come to energise my workout routine. With my new iFIT coach, I’m going to sweat, push myself, let off steam and come back for more! I can’t wait to start her first series on iFIT: 16 dynamic, high-intensity sessions are already waiting for me to improve my endurance and strength while building my confidence.
Kayla Itsines joins the iFIT team
Kayla Itsines is a leader in the world of women’s fitness. The co-founder of the Sweat platform has
won over women of all generations with effective, dynamic workouts tailored to their goals. In 2021,
Sweat joined iFIT, and I can now enjoy new programs with two new iFIT coaches, Kayla Itsines and
Kelsey Wells.
Kayla Itsines popularised her training technique with the Bikini Body Guides, a muscle-building
programme accessible to all to strengthen your body and gain confidence. She will now be passing on
her energy to me through a new and exciting iFIT series, which will motivate me to keep working
toward my goals!
Intense training programmes designed especially for me!
Kayla’s training programmes are based on her own experience: she wants results and is particularly
focused on women, as she knows exactly what motivates them to get ahead. Through her own
experience, she has determined a few criteria that all women look for when training:
● A workout that boosts: it’s important to keep exercising fun.
● Specific areas to target, such as inner thighs, abs and arms, to create a specific body shape.
● Health and wellness goals before weight loss or muscle gain: being strong and having a
toned body is more important than numbers on the scale. The idea is that I look my best.
● Constant encouragement: with Kayla, I am coached all the time. Practising gratitude, being
kind to myself and building my self-esteem are also part of the programme!
Kayla doesn’t cut corners: she knows what I’m looking for (having experienced it herself), and she
takes me where we all want to go. Her sessions focus on the pride I feel in working out. Now, more
than ever, I know why I work out, what I want to achieve and how to get there. I am no longer alone
and I am taking the fastest path to success!
Boosting my workout with Kayla Itsines’ High-Intensity Dynamic series
To start working with Kayla, I will sign up for her first iFIT series, Dynamic High Intensity, as soon as
possible. I discover:
● How to learn to think bigger in my goals (and, more importantly, with results)!
● A 4-week programme with each week: one session focused on the upper body, one for the
lower body and core, an intense boot camp session with full-body circuits, and a 10-15
minute mini abs express session, to be done on its own or in addition to another session of
my choice.
● A progressive workout with increasing difficulty as I gain confidence in my abilities. In the
beginning, I go over my basics, and at the end of the month, I’m amazed at how far I’ve
come!
With Kayla, I’ll really enjoy training, especially as I’ll soon see the results of my efforts. I’ve never had
so much fun letting off steam and sweating. I put on my trainers, take out my yoga mat, pick up my
water bottle, and off I go!
