I’ve Mastered Training on a Treadmill!
I want to make rapid progress in running. What if I went up a gear and bought a treadmill? Run in Central Park? Check it Out!
Even if I only half admit it to myself, I saw scenes of my film and TV heroes running through my head when I started running: like them, I saw myself running in Central Park. Thanks to iFit®, I can do it! There are 5 sessions of 2 to 9 km available and a total of about 24 km of running routes in the heart of the most famous park in the world for runners. Surrounded by the skyscrapers of New York, with my feet on the treadmill and my head in the stars, I can make my dream come true!
1 Mile is Nothing? Challenge Accepted!
So, 1 mile is not much (1.6 km), but am I ready to run 1 mile a day for 31 days?
