How do you start running?
In the beginning, alternate between brisk walking and running intervals, paying attention to the quality of your stride and breathing to find the right pace. Once you have improved your cardio, incorporate acceleration into your sessions. Cross-training with strength training in addition to running is the fastest way to improve your fitness.

What does being healthy mean (to me)?

When can you say you are healthy?
The definition of health varies throughout life and depends on each person, their desires, their age, their experience, and
other factors. To remain in good health, we can take control of three elements: nutrition, sleep and physical activity. Well-
being and living conditions are also essential criteria for feeling good and being able to fulfil your dreams.

How can I stop being self-critical and love myself as I am?
To stop being self-critical, I surround myself with constructive people. I listen to my own needs, without letting myself be influenced by others or comparing myself to them. I learn to know myself better so that I know what makes me feel good and I let go of negative emotions and replace them with more positive ones. By making this contract with myself, I move forward each day as best I can toward the achievement of my goals.

How to compose a playlist for sport
To create the ideal playlist for sport, I stay close to the heart rate I want to achieve during training (calculated in BPM, for music as for sport). I rely on my taste in music, the lyrics that inspire me and the emotions I want to feel: concentration, fighting spirit, etc. I arrange the songs gradually, following the stages of my session.

Why is sitting on the floor every day good for your health?
By sitting on the floor and standing up, I strengthen my core and leg muscles, work all my joints and improve my balance, mobility and coordination. The movements to do this safely are similar to squats and lunges, two very effective muscle strengthening exercises. I take advantage of this Zen position to meditate, relax and take some time for myself.

If I train without eating, do I burn fat better?

Does training on an empty stomach help me lose weight?
Training on an empty stomach can burn more fat, but it’s controversial: it doesn’t make me lose weight, and it could exhaust me, especially if the effort is intense. I’m careful to balance my energy balance between calories in and calories out and only do it in moderation in a specific context.
