I take control of my training with the iFIT application
The iFIT app gives me the best chance of achieving my goals, whether I want to train with or without fitness equipment. I can set the type of session for the day and, thanks to my fitness calendar, I have access to the constant monitoring of my progress. Let’s go for an express tutorial: I learn how to use the application by discovering its main features.
I choose how I want to train today
I log into my iFIT account by entering my login and password on my smartphone, tablet, computer or ProForm device. On the homepage of the iFIT app, I get an overview of the possibilities available to me:
- I work out with targeted sessions on the areas and at the intensity I want: upper or lower body, full-body, abs, HIIT, deadlift, resistance band work, jump rope, etc.
- Yoga and recovery: on days when I need to relax or after a workout, I opt for yoga sessions or stretching, again selecting the muscle groups I want to engage.
- Audio Only: on iFIT, I can choose audio sessions and follow them with my headphones on the bus, on the move, etc.
- I strengthen my mind: I learn about mindfulness and meditation to sleep better and feel good in my head. I learn the basics of mental preparation. I explore the different ways to find happiness and face my challenges head-on in both my daily life as well as in my training.
- I select the fitness equipment I want to train on to access sessions that are fully compatible with my ProForm equipment: treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, elliptical trainer, etc.
I train where I want and how I want
With this connected fitness solution, I can exercise when I want, where I want and how I want. All I have to do is click on “Browse” to filter all the parameters and find the session I need today:
- I can choose between a solo workout or a complete series!
- I select the iFIT coach who inspires me the most to follow their sessions and not miss their new series.
- I specify the time I have available to fit a workout into every little slot in my busy schedule. A workout under 10 minutes? It’s possible on iFIT no matter what discipline I choose!
- The whole planet is at my fingertips: the hardest part is deciding which dream destination I’m going to explore today! I can filter the series by continent or by environment (forest, mountain, beach), or even select a session in the gym if the dynamic atmosphere of group fitness classes motivates me, and so on.
- I can personalise my training, zone by zone, to sculpt the body I want.
- I can also set the language: more and more iFIT series have been translated into French, German, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, etc.
I plan my workouts and monitor my progress
Do I like a specific training session? I add it to my calendar: I can find it in the blink of an eye on the day it was scheduled. My activity data is available at any time on my smartphone, computer or treadmill. I can see my progress, remember a session I particularly enjoyed, compete against other members of the community or access live masterclasses.
If I’m planning a running or cycling trip, I can also enter my own route on a map and find out the calories lost, the difference in altitude or distance and enter it into my training calendar.
The iFIT app is my best tool for putting fitness and health at the forefront of my daily life!
