When I buy The Vue, a 1-year subscription to iFIT is included: I can enjoy hundreds of hours of coaching of various disciplines in the best conditions. This fitness mirror has a reflective surface of 60 cm by 1.50 m, in which I can see myself performing my movements in real-time. A 22-inch interactive touchscreen is integrated into the mirror: after turning it on, I can launch the sessions of my choice with a gesture from the iFIT application. While I work out, I can watch my coach do the exercises simultaneously: it’s very intuitive and highly effective for correcting myself and adapting my posture!

With this smart mirror, I can take advantage of all the benefits of virtual coaching with on-demand videos while benefiting from a complete follow-up to measure the achievement of my goals. My performance, the sessions I have done, my preferences, and so on: everything is recorded, and I can follow my progress day by day to stay motivated.
I can hear my trainer’s advice clearly through the two 3-inch speakers that are built into the front of the device if I’m home alone, or I can connect a wireless Bluetooth headset (not included), so I don’t disturb my family and keep my focus. I can also finely control the heart rate zone that I need to work in by pairing it with a SmartBeat™ heart rate monitor armband since The Vue features the brand new ActivePulse™ technology.
After starting the workout with simple bodyweight exercises to get The Vue under control, I take it to the next level by continuing to tone my body with sets of weight training using the dumbbells provided. The flat surface swivels on its base to allow me to store my fitness accessories when I’m done.
